Pete has over 35 years’ experience in various property sectors in the U.K, Europe and the Global Market having been Managing Director for Holborn Assets for two and a half years until January 2025. His experience in the residential, retail and commercial sectors is extensive. He has personally overseen over 1 million sq ft of retail developments, using his knowledge to carry out site–acquisition and assembly, planning, letting through to construction, and final institutional sale of the completed investment.
Pete has worked for national businesses at board level and is especially skilled at seeking out ‘off–market’ deals. He has successfully achieved this with nationally recognised clients and high-net-worth clients with specific requirements. He is a highly effective business development executive with a particular skill for building long lasting relationships across a wide variety of sectors within the real estate industry. He is particularly well connected, which allows him to negotiate excellent deals which seek to enhance and add value.
Valsheda Estates will ‘focus’ on distressed assets, by providing a ‘dating service for product and money’ matching clients’ desire to ‘acquire property or sell property’ to meet their specific ‘needs and wants’ in the property world.
David is the senior member of the team with over 40 years of experience in property and development. Originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor David moved into Project Management and Development Management covering a wide range of roles in property development and management of leases and property services.
Over his long career he has worked with a wide range of clients on both sides of industry including the MoD and some large UK multinationals, such as Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems and with a range of other enterprises such as Cotswold Airport and Resource Group, utilising his skills to deliver to these customers demanding expectations.
David is used to providing multi-disciplined skills in a range of property related environments working with landowner and buyer clients, tenants and third parties to deliver outcomes beyond expectations.
